“Magic” Jazzanova comes back on the stage remixing one of the greatest Brazilian music interpreters, or rather Marcos Valle. Before focusing on the work made by the Germans, I have to introduce Far Out recordings: founded by dj Joe Davis, based in London, it has been succeeded to make his mark thanks to the meticulous work carried out by his owner who during his numerous journeys in Brazil, spent in researching lost rarities ready to bring back in the light but only after have been reshaped in a modern key given from electronic music contaminations. The track “Besteiras De Amor” is the demonstration of what it has just said: the remix is mainly based on the electronic genre but in the same time it hasn’t been removed the shining of Brazilian music. It’s also present a re-edit by Dixon who cut the vocal part in a way to ease the introduction of this track in a club context.
