Ricky L just can’t succed to resist to the overseas recall and he goes back to appear on NY labels again. “The Closing Track” is the a new unpublished work released by the youngest label of Shelter circuit, or rather Timmy Regisford’s Restricted Tracks, and its name immediately allows us to grasp the idea which gave birth to this project. It can say that “The Closing Track” has a special care toward the old-school past of house music but it perfectly introduces itself in the current context: make you kidnapped from this mix of acid sounds, echo vocals and frequent travelling breaks!
